Specialty
Chronic Pain & Everyday Aches
Pain that lingers for months — low back stiffness, recurring neck tension, nagging hip or shoulder aches — rarely has a single cause. We look at posture, movement habits, strength imbalances, and daily load to find what's actually driving it, then build a plan that gives you lasting relief instead of a temporary fix.
Hands-on manual therapy, targeted strengthening, and a simple home routine you'll actually do — that's how we help patients get out of the pain cycle and stay out.

Specialty
Post-Surgical & Joint Replacement Recovery
From total knee and hip replacements to rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs, and laminectomies — post-surgical rehab is one of the largest parts of our practice. We coordinate directly with your surgeon, follow their post-op protocol, and progress you safely from early range-of-motion work to strength, balance, and a full return to your sport, job, or daily routine.
Same therapist every visit (that's our goal) means your progress is tracked closely and your program adapts as you heal — not just every 6 weeks.
