Insurances, deductibles & co-pays

Co-Payments

All deductibles, co-pays and co-insurance or cash payments are due at the time of service, unless other written agreements have been made with your therapist. Any part of your therapy bill that is denied or not paid by your insurance company will be your financial responsibility.

Payment Options

We accept credit card, check, or cash. Before your initial evaluation, we will contact your insurance company to identify your current physical therapy benefit coverage. Please note that insurance companies do not guarantee medical benefits over the phone — you remain responsible for your own insurance benefits.

Credit card processing fee: a standard 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
